Who is teaching this course?

This course is taught by me, Tanya Tchirkova. I bring over 30 years of experience in designing and delivering training programs within Australia’s national qualification framework. I hold a degree in Educational Psychology, and I’m a certified, trauma-informed hypnotherapist with advanced training in unconscious reprogramming methods.

Beyond the qualifications, I’ve spent hundreds of hours working with high-achieving professionals, helping them regulate stress, reset their nervous systems, and finally experience calm and connection in their relationships. I know both the science and the lived reality of what it takes to move from survival mode to thriving — because I’ve done it myself, and I’ve guided countless clients to do the same.
